Distribution works well and reaches large numbers of people

Logistical challenges

Weather, lack of vehicles, and crowd control caused distribution problems

Targeting

Hygiene kits may not always be reaching those who are most in need

What was valued

Kits are useful, they improve quality of life, and make people feel noticed and cared for

Suggestions regarding items

There was a demand for more kits, and more of the most commonly used items

Some supported better identification of need and more collaborative working
