We collect fully anonymised data at source, we do not ask for personal information and do not collect personal identifiers. We implement data protection by design; interviews are analysed in aggregate (ie combined together) to protect the identity of individuals. Sometimes we will hold contact details for individuals, but these cannot be connected to interview responses to protect your confidentiality.
