We plan research with partners using behavioural science, qualitative, and human-centred design methods. We blend consultancy skills with cutting-edge technology to:
1. Gather insights faster: We gather people's thoughts and ideas using interviews online or in Whatsapp. We make it easy for participants to respond in 20+ languages, anywhere, anytime, by text, or even by voice note.
2. Make them useful to teams: We collate information in our dashboard and facilitate teams to collectively search through the crowdsourced insights to discover barriers and motivations, and ideas to overcome them.
We do all of that to support teams to improve outcomes for people.
Adaptive programming and good service design relies on hearing user feedback, quickly. This drives the investigate, design and test cycle.
Our research design discovers the behaviours and opinions that are relevant to each project. Our technology allows us to gather feedback from a large number of users and frontline workers relevant for each stage of a project.
We helped UNICEF learn that women were getting pushed out of queues when receiving emergency hygiene kits in Türkiye.
